Native app or web?
We choose by what the usage actually needs: some services do not need a store app at all and are better served by a web platform that is faster and cheaper to run, while others need device capabilities. We recommend what serves the case, not what is fashionable.
Will you connect it to our existing systems?
Yes — integration is core to our work: we connect the app to your data sources and existing systems through APIs. That is what we did with Flowtech, where we built the entire system and integrated its data sources.
Do you support Arabic properly?
Yes, and right-to-left is part of the design rather than an afterthought — our own products run in Arabic first.
And after launch?
We stay accountable for operation: monitoring performance and errors, and shipping updates, with a four-hour response to critical incidents.
