Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data we collect through tw.sa, why we collect it, who can access it, and what rights you have over it. It covers this website in both its languages. It does not cover the systems we build for clients — each of those has its own policy, owned by the organisation that runs it.

Data controller: Tech Wonder Information Technology Company — Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. For privacy matters: [email protected] or +966 56 205 9546.

1. What we collect

Data you send us

When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you write and keep a copy:

  • Contact and consultation forms: your name, email address, phone number, organisation if you mention it, and the description of your project or enquiry.
  • The careers form: your contact details, experience, skills, and any professional information you include.
  • Newsletter subscription: your email address only.

Form submissions are emailed to us and a copy is stored in the website’s database so we can follow the request through.

Data collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device and operating system, the pages you visited and when, and the page or search engine you arrived from.
  • Cookies: files needed to run the site, remember your language, serve cached pages and protect the site from attacks; plus the analytics and advertising cookies described below.

2. Third-party tools running on this site

We use external services that process some of your data under their own policies:

  • Google Analytics 4 — to measure visits and browsing behaviour in aggregate.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook) — to measure advertising performance and attribute visits to campaigns.
  • Cloudflare — to protect and accelerate the site; it processes technical request data.
  • Our hosting provider and email delivery service — to run the site and deliver form messages.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not share it with anyone else except with your consent or in response to a lawful request.

3. Where your data is processed

The servers hosting this website are currently located outside Saudi Arabia, and the measurement tools listed above process data on their providers’ servers abroad. By using the site and submitting a form, you are aware of this transfer. (This concerns the marketing website only — systems we build for clients are hosted as their contract specifies, including local hosting inside the Kingdom.)

4. Why we use this data

  • To answer your enquiries, prepare proposals and follow your projects through.
  • To assess job applications and contact applicants.
  • To send the newsletter to those who subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve the site’s content and experience, and measure our campaigns.
  • To protect the site from misuse and to meet legal obligations.

Legal basis: your consent when you submit a form or subscribe, and our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the site.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and consultation requests for as long as there is an operational or contractual need, job applications for a reasonable period so we can review them and revisit them when a suitable role opens, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. You may ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

6. Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations, you have the right to:

  • Be informed of why your data is collected and how it is used.
  • Access your data and obtain a copy in a readable format.
  • Correct it if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
  • Have it destroyed when it is no longer needed or when you withdraw consent.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise any of these, write to [email protected] and we will handle your request within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you may complain to the competent data protection authority in the Kingdom.

7. Controlling cookies

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings, and you can turn off advertising tracking in your account settings on the platforms concerned. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

8. Information security

Site data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to form data is limited to the team members who need it, and we run backups and a protective layer in front of the site. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s privacy

This site is aimed at organisations and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen, and we delete such data if we become aware of it.

10. External links

The site may link to platforms we do not operate — including our own products and our clients’ systems — each with its own privacy policy, which we recommend reviewing.

11. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy whenever our tools or legal requirements change, publishing the updated version on this page with its date. Continuing to use the site after an update means you are aware of the new version.
