Systems Integration & API Engineering
Your systems do not talk to each other, so your staff become the human middleware carrying data between them. We build the connective layer that ends that manual carrying — and we stay accountable for keeping it running.
Signs you need integration
- The same data is entered twice. Once in accounting, once in operations — and the divergence between them is a matter of time.
- Your reports are built by export and import. A spreadsheet moves between systems monthly, and every figure in it starts ageing the moment it is exported.
- An external party requires a connection — a government platform, a payment gateway, a service provider — to a specification that leaves no room for approximation.
- An existing connection that is fragile. It works until it stops, and nobody knows it stopped until somebody complains.
What we deliver
- APIs we build for your systems or consume from others, with clear documentation and tight permissions.
- Connecting your existing systems to each other: operations with accounting, HR with attendance, storefront with inventory.
- Integrating data sources and consolidating them into one dependable source for reporting and follow-up.
- Synchronisation and settlements: rules for handling differences and pending cases, rather than leaving them to manual judgement.
- Monitoring and alerting: you learn the connection stopped before your customer tells you.
How we work
- We map the journey of a single record from creation to rest: where it originates, who edits it, and where it must arrive.
- We agree the source of truth for every field — this is where most integration projects stumble, not on the technology.
- We build the connection in batches, putting each batch into operation before moving to the next.
- We monitor and correct: a log for every operation, an alert on failure, and a safe retry.
Our work
- Flowtech — we built the entire system and integrated its data sources, with settlement tracking and operational reporting, then extended it with AI.
- WonderFatoora — our ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing platform: an integration we build and operate ourselves.
- ACCBS (Arabian Grants) — automating the full grants process from application to issuance by connecting its steps.
Frequently asked
Our systems are old and have no APIs — can they be connected?
Usually yes. We work with what is available: the database, exchange files, or a middleware layer we build in front of the legacy system. We determine what is possible after an actual examination, not by promising in advance.
Do you integrate with government platforms?
We implement integration to the published specification of the authority concerned — including ZATCA compliance in our own WonderFatoora platform.
Who is accountable if the connection stops?
We are, within the agreed operating scope: monitoring, alerting, a four-hour response to critical incidents, and 99.5% availability.
How long does an integration project take?
It depends on the number of parties and the quality of their documentation. We start with one operable batch — typically within the first twenty days — and expand from there.
